It tracks students' questions (Input) and AI responses (Output) in real time and displays individual usage statistics in a dashboard format. The AI activity monitoring feature offers the following educational advantages:
- Through the dashboard, teachers can check what kind of deep conversations students who have been excluded from class are having with the AI, and continue that flow to provide individual encouragement or guidance.
- It can detect in real-time whether students use inappropriate language, engage in indiscriminate AI homework assistance, or participate in non-educational activities.
- You can track the ‘learning process’ of what trial and error students went through to arrive at the correct answer and how they modified the questions.
- If many students ask the AI similar questions or commonly get stuck on a certain part, the teacher can immediately stop the entire class and explain only that part again.
Gyopool AI operates in a secure public cloud environment and adheres to strict security policy specifications. Teachers' personal information and student data are stored securely and protected in the following ways:
1. Passwords are stored in encrypted form and can only be verified and changed by the user. 2. All data is backed up periodically and securely protected by the latest security software. 3. Information transmitted via encrypted communication is delivered safely without the risk of external exposure. 4. In compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act, unnecessary information is immediately discarded. 5. Unauthorized external access is strictly blocked through an intrusion prevention system.
AI Tokens are units consumed when using the AI functions of Gyopool AI, and are classified into three types as follows.
1. Monthly Basic Token: An AI token provided by default every month; usage is reset based on the sign-up date each month. 2. Bonus Token: An AI token provided through events, valid for one year. 3. Additional Top-up Token: A token available for use through additional payment.
Credits are deducted when using AI features, and if you hold various types of AI credits, they are used in the order of Monthly Basic Token, Bonus Token, and Additional Top-up Token.
One AI Token is deducted each time you use an AI tool within Gyopool AI. (10 Tokens are deducted for Premium tools.) When a student uses an AI tool once within a class, one Student Token is deducted from the Teacher's account.
Student tokens are ‘exclusive passes’ that teachers prepare in advance for students’ AI classes; they are AI tokens that are deducted separately from the teacher’s account whenever a student (a student user account created in the class) uses a tool. Like teacher tokens, student tokens are reset every month.

Simultaneous access with a single account violates the service operation policy (Privacy Policy). Gyopool AI is designed to prevent simultaneous access from multiple IPs using a single account.
